The Approach

Coaching rooted in awareness, not formulas

Most coaching follows a script. This is different. Kevin's approach begins where most programs end — with the truth of your present moment, not a five-step plan to a better version of yourself.

Drawing from decades of meditation practice, entrepreneurial experience, and a genuine love for helping people wake up to their potential, these sessions create space for clarity to emerge naturally.

"You don't need to be fixed. You need to be seen."

And because Kevin believes everyone deserves access to genuine guidance — regardless of their financial situation — this coaching is offered on a donation basis. No minimums. No judgment.

What We Work On

Wherever you are,
we start there

Every session is shaped by what you bring to it.

01

Meditation & Mindfulness

Whether you're starting or deepening a practice, Kevin helps you find the approach that actually fits your life — not someone else's ideal.

02

Life Transitions

Career changes, relationship shifts, becoming a parent, losing direction — moments when life forces you to reassess everything.

03

Purpose & Direction

That nagging feeling there's something more. Cut through the noise and reconnect with what actually matters to you.

04

Stress & Overwhelm

When everything is too much. Learn practical tools rooted in contemplative practice that actually work in the chaos of real life.

05

Creative & Entrepreneurial Life

As a founder who's built multiple companies and a national publication, Kevin understands the unique pressures — and how to thrive in them.

06

Relationships

The quality of your relationships is the quality of your life. Bring more presence, honesty, and depth to the connections that matter.

Questions

Frequently asked

You decide what to pay — after the session, based on value received and what you can afford. No suggested amount, no minimum, no awkward money conversation. Some give generously, some give what they can, some give nothing. All receive the same attention.
Not at all. While Kevin's approach is informed by decades of practice, coaching is designed to meet you wherever you are. If meditation is part of what you want to explore, great. If not, we work with whatever is alive for you.
No. This is coaching — focused on clarity, direction, and practical wisdom rather than clinical treatment. For serious mental health challenges, Kevin may recommend working with a licensed professional alongside coaching.
Typically 60 minutes, though sessions flow organically. Kevin doesn't watch the clock — if you're in the middle of a breakthrough, you won't get cut off.
Both. Virtual sessions happen via video call. In-person sessions available depending on Kevin's location — just ask when you reach out.
Entirely up to you. Some come for a single powerful session. Others meet weekly or monthly. No program, no commitment, no pressure. You come when it serves you.
